Uses system pressure to clear the element without interrupting flow. Removes particles in the 5–4,000 micron range and eliminates routine shutdowns for backwashing.

Our production flow runs from planning and drawing release through machining, welding, assembly, inspection and finishing — with a line inspector checking dimensions and visuals during machining rather than after it.
Drawing & planning
Product realisation plan and traveller issued from planning, drawings collected from the drawing office, and an internal production schedule built before any steel is cut.
Precision machining
Castings drawn from stores and machined with tools, jigs and fixtures prepared to schedule. Seats and sealing faces machined to tolerance for reliable shut-off.
Welding & fit-up
Drilling, welded fabrication and assembly by qualified personnel in controlled shop conditions — the same capability that produces our pipe spools and structural steel.
Inspection & test
Final inspection and testing before release: hydrostatic testing, radiography, PMI and NDT as the specification demands, with factory acceptance testing for skid packages.
Draining, coating & marking
Draining, cleaning and lubrication, then marking, painting and protective coating — epoxy on cast iron and carbon steel units to resist corrosion in service.
Documented despatch
Nameplated, documented and despatched with test records. Structural scope continues to site for erection, alignment and handover.

Pre-engineered buildings, pipe racks, mezzanine floors, platforms, walkways and site infrastructure — designed, fabricated in our own shop and erected at site across Tamil Nadu and South India.

- MS sections to IS 2062 — ISMB, ISMC, ISA, RHS/SHS, plate and built-up members; SS 304/316/316L for corrosive or hygienic areas.

Questions we get before the first order
We manufacture strainers from ½″ to 60″. Y-strainers are available in ANSI classes up to 2500, and the wider range covers ratings up to 4500 lbs. Larger or non-standard sizes are quoted against your drawing — send the GA or datasheet and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
We manufacture. Cutting, machining, fit-up, welding, assembly, testing and painting all happen at our own facility in Ayanambakkam, Chennai, under our own supervision. The same shop and site crew deliver our structural fabrication, which is why one vendor stays accountable for both the equipment and the steel around it.
Carbon steel (ASTM A106 / A105), stainless steel 304, 316 and 316L, duplex and super duplex, Alloy 20, Incoloy, Inconel, cast iron and ductile iron. Manufacturing execution can be forged, cast or welded fabricated depending on the type and size. Customised materials are available on request for corrosive, high-pressure or elevated-temperature service.
Radiographic testing (RT), hydrostatic testing, positive material identification (PMI) and non-destructive testing (NDT), applied according to the specification. Skid packages undergo factory acceptance testing including hydrostatic tests, electrical checks and instrumentation calibration. Third-party inspection can be arranged for pressure equipment, and your inspector or consultant is welcome at our shop.

Yes. Strainers, valves, vessels, pipe spools and skids are supplied across India and for export. Our structural fabrication and erection division works across Tamil Nadu and South India, because that scope includes site erection and our own crew carries it out.
