01 — Onshore & offshore
Oil & Gas
We have supplied pipeline ancillaries to onshore and offshore operators since the company started. This is where our higher pressure classes and full material traceability matter most, and where third-party inspection is usually written into the purchase order.
- High-rating strainers in ANSI classes up to 2500 and ratings to 4500 lbs.
- Pipe spools in duplex, super duplex, Incoloy and Inconel for corrosive and high-pressure duty.
- Gas filtration vessels — including dry gas filters built to instrumentation OEM specifications.
- Full NDT scope — radiographic testing, hydrostatic testing and PMI on pressure-retaining welds.
02 — Refining & downstream
Petrochemical
Refinery and downstream service punishes equipment through a combination of temperature, pressure and aggressive media. Our answer is material selection first, then the testing regime to prove it.
- Conical temporary strainers for start-up and commissioning, protecting new plant from construction debris.
- Duplex strainers where a line carrying product simply cannot be taken down for cleaning.
- Chrome-moly and high-alloy bodies where carbon steel will not survive the service life.
- Documented despatch with test records travelling with the equipment.
03 — Process chemicals
Chemical Processing
Chemical plants come to us with a media list and a corrosion problem. Lining, alloy selection and valve type all follow from that, and diaphragm valves frequently turn out to be the right answer where sediment and biofilm are the real enemy.

Power Generation
Cooling water systems eat strainers. Our largest repeat work sits here — basket strainers for cooling tower packages, running at sizes from 200NB up to 400NB and beyond, supplied both directly and through cooling tower OEMs.
- Condenser and cooling water strainers in large bore, with davit-assisted covers for safe handling.
- Conical start-up strainers for commissioning new units.
- Isolation valves across utility-scale plant, gear or motor operated.
- Air eliminators removing air from steam mains at high points before it reaches process equipment.
05 — Water & wastewater
Water Treatment
Wastewater is where corrosion decides the maintenance budget. Knife gate valves with acid-proof stainless blades last markedly longer here, and automatic self-cleaning strainers remove the shutdowns that conventional filtration demands.
- Knife gate valves designed for high suspended-solids, slurry, viscous, corrosive and abrasive media.
- Double acting air release valves for water supply, irrigation networks and wastewater lines.
- Automatic self-cleaning strainers removing 5–4,000 micron particles without system shutdown.
