Pharmaceutical
Stainless steel construction with hygienic finishes. Diaphragm valves dominate here for the same reason they do in food — limited internal contact means limited sediment and biofilm.
Industries served
Our equipment is used worldwide across power, refining, chemicals, food, cement, pulp and paper, mining, petroleum and steel. The straining duty rarely changes much. The materials, testing and documentation change completely.
01 — Onshore & offshore
We have supplied pipeline ancillaries to onshore and offshore operators since the company started. This is where our higher pressure classes and full material traceability matter most, and where third-party inspection is usually written into the purchase order.
02 — Refining & downstream
Refinery and downstream service punishes equipment through a combination of temperature, pressure and aggressive media. Our answer is material selection first, then the testing regime to prove it.
03 — Process chemicals
Chemical plants come to us with a media list and a corrosion problem. Lining, alloy selection and valve type all follow from that, and diaphragm valves frequently turn out to be the right answer where sediment and biofilm are the real enemy.
04 — Generation & utilities
Cooling water systems eat strainers. Our largest repeat work sits here — basket strainers for cooling tower packages, running at sizes from 200NB up to 400NB and beyond, supplied both directly and through cooling tower OEMs.
05 — Water & wastewater
Wastewater is where corrosion decides the maintenance budget. Knife gate valves with acid-proof stainless blades last markedly longer here, and automatic self-cleaning strainers remove the shutdowns that conventional filtration demands.
And seven more
Stainless steel construction with hygienic finishes. Diaphragm valves dominate here for the same reason they do in food — limited internal contact means limited sediment and biofilm.
SS 304 and 316 storage tanks in vertical, horizontal, single or double walled and jacketed configurations for food and dairy, brewing and beverage lines, plus hygienic strainers.
Seawater duty strainers and suction equipment built to resist chloride attack in continuous service, for onshore and offshore installations.
Pre-engineered buildings, pipe racks, trestles, mezzanine floors, platforms and site steelwork fabricated to your drawings and erected across Tamil Nadu and South India.
Slide gate valves at the outlet of dry bulk storage bins, silos, hoppers, chutes and conveyors, controlling discharge of powder, pellet, flake and granular material.
Duplex strainers on lines that cannot be stopped, and knife gate valves handling stock and slurry where a conventional gate would gradually erode.
Abrasive and slurry service across steel plants, mining operations and mineral processing, where knife gate valves and heavy fabricated strainers earn their cost in service life.
Fire-fighting systems, HVAC, compressed air, condensate return and cooling water on air compressors — the utility services every plant runs regardless of what it makes.
Application matrix
A starting point rather than a rule. Duty, media and pressure always decide the final selection — send us the conditions and we will confirm.

If it moves fluid through a pipe, we have probably strained or isolated it somewhere. Describe the service and we will tell you what we would build and why.
