About LKS Industries
No showroom, no reseller network. A shop floor, a quality department that answers to nobody in production, and twenty years of straining, isolating and fabricating for people who cannot afford a failure.
Who we are
LKS Industries manufactures strainers, valves, suction diffusers and special equipment, supplying the petrochemical, chemical, power, oil & gas, water treatment and onshore/offshore sectors. We have been doing it from our own premises in Ayanambakkam, Chennai since 2006.
Over the years the range has widened well past pipeline ancillaries. Conical, Y and T-type strainers, bucket and duplex strainers, nine families of valve, suction diffusers, storage tanks, pressure vessels, pipe spools and skids — and, thanks to our special engineering division, strainers designed for applications that no catalogue covers.
Items can be supplied in carbon steel and stainless steel, and in most cases from stock in very short delivery times. Customised materials are available on request. Manufacturing execution is forged, cast or welded fabricated depending on the type and the size.

See the divisionHow we are organised
A director-led structure with defined functions. The point of setting it out is simple: when you raise a concern, you should know whose desk it lands on.
Sales & marketing handle enquiries and quotations; purchasing and stores manage raw material, castings and traceability records.
The operational and production teams run planning, machining, fabrication and assembly against the internal production schedule.
An independent quality team inspects in process and at final stage, and holds sign-off before anything reaches dispatch.
Part of the technical department is dedicated to research and development — implementing improvements and brand-new products on a regular basis.
Draining, cleaning, lubrication, marking, painting and documented despatch, with test records travelling with the equipment.
For structural scope, the same organisation continues to site for erection, alignment and handover with records.
What we hold ourselves to
Our core emphasis is delivering products that meet and exceed what the specification asked for — not products that merely pass.
We work to deliver ahead of committed timelines so your erection sequence and commissioning dates hold.
Products are manufactured to conform with international quality standards, which is what makes them usable in both domestic and export markets.
Premium raw materials and modern manufacturing technology, because the cost of a cheap casting is always paid later.
Flexible customisation to suit specific client requirements and application needs is routine work here, not an exception we resist.
Highly competitive rates — achieved by manufacturing ourselves rather than by thinning the specification.
